The Holiday Party will be on Friday December 19th at Paradise Island Bowl from 6:30pm-8:30pm. Paradise Island Bowl is located on Neville Island near the RMU Island Sports Complex.

Autodesk University will be held December 2-5 at the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas. Early registration for prior AU attendees or AUGI members is August 8th, Normal registration starts August 15. I highly recommend going, it is one of the best educational events you can attend. Classes fill up quick, so if you plan on going try to register ASAP to be sure you get the classes you want.
